What are they?
Bath salts, which are commonly made from magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) or sea salt, are easily dissolved in warm bath water and used for everything from stress relief to aches and pains. Addition of essential oils and dried flowers enhances its benefits while using.
How they work?
The minerals in these salts (like magnesium and calcium) are absorbed into the body through the pores of your skin when you bathe in them. This helps to relieve muscle tension throughout your body.

Ways to Use
For Bath
The minerals in a detox bath are believed to help remove toxins from the body to improve your health, relieve stress, treat constipation, and assist with weight loss. To make a bath using salt:
Use at least 100g- 200g bath salt for a standard-size bathtub filled with warm water.
Pour the salt into running water to help it dissolve faster into the bath.
Soak in the tub for at least 12 minutes (to reduce muscle aches), or 20 minutes (to treat constipation).
You may add essential oils such as lavender or chamomile as they can offer additional aromatherapy benefits, such as relaxation and mood improvement.
For Foot Bath
Foot soaks are good for your health because they remove toxins from the body and hydrate dry skin on your feet. There are several benefits to using bath salts in a foot soak. Use bath salts in a foot soak to:
relieve symptoms of athlete’s foot
treat nail fungus
relieves inflammation
eliminate foot odour
To use bath salts in a foot soak:
Add 100g of Bath salt to a large basin of warm water and stir to dissolve.
Soak your feet for 12 minutes, or 30 minutes for gout relief.
Dry your feet thoroughly with a towel.
To remove nail fungus, repeat the process three times daily until your symptoms improve. Adding diluted tea tree oil has antifungal effects.
Is there a difference between Full Body Bath Salts and Foot Bath Salts?
Both are formulated from the same ingredients. The only difference is the way the salts are used.
