It’s important to find ‘Me Time’.
A spa at home is a wonderful way to relax and rejuvenate. You can make your own salt scrub, foot soak and bath products. Your wellbeing is of utmost importance for you to function well.
There are some items that you need in order to have a relaxing time at home.
You will need:
a good glass of drink. Either wine, beer, milk, hot chocolate (drink your happy drink!)
your favorite pillow or blanket
candles (if possible real ones)

some soft music (optional but recommended)
Go for a retail therapy?
You will need:
money! (or you can go for window shopping!)
a good shopping bag
a good pair of shoes for long walking
an introvert? plug on a good pair of earphones with your favourite music
